We stayed at the property Sept. 2023 for 3 Nights. Very Modern hotel in an excellent location. Walking distance to all the main attractions. The rooftop bar was excellent and the staff were great! We got to know Aldo on the rooftop who made excellent drinks and made sure we were looked after each time we went up. He truly understands customer service and made our time at the rooftop great!!! Had a heartattack the night/morning I had to leave to Bologna - I sent a medical proof to the hotel but they refused to repay me the 140 ! Disgrace I find it ! Believe me - I did not want to have a heartattack. I hope Booking.com can persuade the hotel to refund me!

Great location to explore the city, 15 min walk from the train station. Room was a standard hotel room with no view. Bed was comfortable and it was clean. Roof top terrace was very nice for afternoon drinks. Breakfast was excellent. We would stay again.

Great boutique hotel very well located. Staff was super friendly and service minded. We got a nicely decorated small room with a super nice small terrace. The roof top bar was an excellent place to get a pre dinner drink and enjoy the sunset. The breakfast was excellent and very tasty.

Tucked away on a picturesque cobblestone street, it exuded Old World charm with its classic Italian architecture and tasteful decor. My room was spacious, elegantly furnished, and boasted a lovely little balcony. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep, and the room's amenities were top-notch, including the high-speed Wi-Fi. The attention to detail in the room design truly made it a home away from home. Food (): Breakfast was a delightful affair with a wide array of fresh pastries, fruits, and traditional Italian breakfast items. It was presented beautifully. The ambiance was equally charming, with a cozy atmosphere that made breakfast a memorable event. Staff (): The staff at this hotel truly set it apart. Well located hotel in the heart of Bologna. We were upgraded to a junior suite which was spacious and comfortable. Good air conditioning and shutters made the room cool during some very hot weather. Good breakfast and coffee made to order. Great service from staff. The rooftop bar was good - drinks were a little on the expensive side but they were excellent and the complimentary snacks were the best we got in Italy.
